We accept general returns up to 30 days after receipt and defective returns up to 60 days. Please note: Latigo Lights sconces are hand made to order, therefore we charge a 30% restocking fee for each sconce. If you are not quite sure about size, design or finish and you need several sconces, we suggest that you order one first, for a less prominent location, and see how it looks before ordering the rest.
We are also happy to send you samples of the copper with different patinas. We charge $25 to send five samples and will gladly credit that amount to your invoice when you return them to us after you have made your choice. Call us for any advice or help. Do keep in mind that we have sold these sconces for over 20 years. We want you to make the choice that you will be satisfied with, so that you can join all of our other happy customers, who keep returning for more Latigo sconces.
Qualifications for a General Return:
- Return must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
- Must be in resalable condition.
- Must be free from scratches and/or defects.
- Must not have been installed.
- Must be in the original manufacturer’s box and packaging.
- May not have any writing on the original packaging.
- May not be missing pieces
All shipments are sent through UPS ground unless expedited shipping is requested.

Any claim due to damage in transit must be reported within 10 days from the date of delivery. Damaged items must remain in its original shipping box or packaging so the claim can be processed. Partial damage claims will not be accepted.
We do ship to Alaska, Hawaii and Canada. Please call for estimate on shipping cost for these locations.
